A connection stands for SparCC correlation with magnitude > 0.6 (positive correlation – blue edges) or < -0.6 (negative correlation – red edges) and statistically significant (P < 0.01). The size of each node is proportional to the number of connections (that is, degree). Each node represents taxa at OTU label, but labelled at the phylum level.
